Our Working Process
Consultation
The first step to solving your pest issue is to discuss it with us. Don’t hold back, we’ve seen it all, just describe your issues and evidence of pest activity.
Inspection
After we’ve had a chat we may have enough information to quote, visit, and treat. For more involved issues we’ll probably visit to inspect.
Proposal
After inspection we’ll be able to propose the best course of action. This may be for a one-off treatment or for a regular service contract.
Treatment
Once our proposal is accepted we’ll dive in and get working. Any service contracts or seasonal contracts work will be entered into our diaries.
